That doesn't mean anything.

Some guy:
Just because you wear it doesn't mean that you're a muslim. Some people just wear it for the sake of it. Then there are people who don't wear it and they still are muslims and they pray and practice the religion very well. So the scarf doesn't automatically mean that you're a muslim.
